The sense of responsibility and the feeling that you need to put out a high level of performance is a huge factor in the way things are going. Don’t let this go too far. Past a certain point we need to pull ourselves together and realize that absolutely nothing is about us. You would be doing the world a favor if you could figure out how to chill out, but it ain’t gonna happen.
